Dear %PERS_1%
The world of Jane Austen on your desktop
every month.
Happy New Year from
all of us at the Jane Austen Centre.
With the new year
we’ve embarked on a new way to distribute this e-newlsetter. Fingers crossed it
has worked for you and you are reading this and can see all the pictures. It
will be more work for us but we should be able to provide you with a better
service. Time will tell.
We’re
all looking forward to the new season of ‘Jane Austen’ films. As soon as I know
when the ITV season will be shown in different territories I will let you know.
Jackie Herring

The Film Factory, an
online film site is involved in polling its members about the next poster for
the film ‘Becoming Jane’ presumably on behalf of Columbia Pictures.
Many
say they are a blatant take on the 2005 ‘Pride & Prejudice’ publicity
material. What do you think?
