By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price - see Delivery for details of applicable charges.
2. All goods are subject to availability.
3. Goods exported outside of the European Union do not carry any purchase tax (See Customs and Import Duties Information). Goods sold inside the European Union include VAT at the appropriate rate.
4. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this Website. To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.
5. Worldmags' liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this Website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Worldmags or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.
6. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details, Worldmags Ltd cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties.
7. English law applies to this contract.
8. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Customs and Import Duties Information We are currently able to ship all items advertised to international addresses. Additionally, there is a good likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of your destination country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from worldmags.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.
Returns Policy
Our returns centre will refund or exchange any merchandise that is returned in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise that was received damaged may also be returned within 30 days. A receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges, and we cannot accept merchandise from other vendors.
Renewals Cancellations and Refunds
We will notify you of our intention to renew your subscription when it falls due. You will have a minimum of 30 days in which to notify us of your desire to cancel the forthcoming subscription. Should you wish to renew for 2 years and make the associated saving please notify us. If you wish to cancel at any time during the subscription period please notify us at once and we will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel. If you notify us of your desire to cancel your subscription after receiving the first copy of the new subscription we will refund in full.
You may cancel your subscription contract at any time during the subscription by notifying our customer services team in writing. See contact details below. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel.
How to Return Gift Items
To return packaged or damaged merchandise, indicate the reason for return on the invoice, or a copy of the invoice, that came with your order. Include the invoice, or invoice copy, with the merchandise, and wrap everything securely. Ship the merchandise to the address on the front of the slip. For added protection, we suggest you insure the return shipment or send it via a trackable express courier service.
If you have lost your invoice, please record your order number (your order number was included in the order confirmation e-mail message we sent you) on a separate piece of paper and ship the merchandise to the following address:

Refund Information
All refunds will be issued within twenty days of return receipt. A customer service representative will confirm the refund date and amount via e-mail. Please note that shipping and handling costs will not be refunded unless the return is being made due to an order error on our part.
